A Modern Marketing Experience anyone?

What if you could get the latest modern marketing news and updates from across the industry, find answers to the specific questions you might have on your own marketing activities, and hear about alternative and improved ways to set your plans in motion – and all in one place?  Well guess what? The Modern Marketing Experience is taking place from 14th- 16th of October, at the Hilton Metropole London.

MarketOne exchanged a few words about the upcoming event with an excited Sylvia Jensen, Marketing Director EMEA for Oracle Marketing Cloud.

Sylvia Jensen“The Modern Marketing Experience is like a big love fest”, Sylvia says, laughing. “Though it’s not about hearing it from us, it’s about hearing it from your peers and colleagues. Everyone has different experiences and we want to enable those to be shared – not only what is actually working, but also what is not working.”

The event is returning to Europe for the fourth time, but this is the first year that it’s taking place under the Oracle Marketing Cloud brand name, which means four different solutions are now featured: Eloqua, Responsys, Compendium and BlueKai.  The Modern Marketing Experience will offer informative speaker sessions as well as a full day of face-to-face training covering the four solutions, including interactive demos. Two screens will be placed on stage: one will present the technology, while the other will show the customer experience. Both B2C and B2B success stories will be featured.

“We are also incredibly excited about the Markie awards, celebrating excellence in marketing globally with 12 awards for the first time. Submissions have come from Asia, North America and Europe”, Sylvia explains. “What we do is not easy. Modern, cross channel-marketing is not easy, so it’s invaluable to have an occasion to celebrate good inititatives, meet your peers and speak to them informally about the ideas and challenges you’ve experienced.”

About 700 modern marketers are expected to attend the Modern Marketing Experience from different parts of Europe.
